Here are a few tips to make your pre-ordering experience as smooth as possible:
If you are dining as a group, we recommend you put in one grouped order so that our chefs can have it all ready together for you.
If you (or some of your party) are running late please ring the venue as early as possible so we may delay your order until your arrival
While we will always endeavour to have your order ready at the time you requested, please allow a 10-15min buffer as sometimes everyone comes in at once
Note: Owing to high demand at peak times, unfortunately pre-orders cannot be placed within 60 mins before your desired delivery time.
